What products are offered?

Our store carries shaker bottles, insulated drinkware, portable storage accessories, cleaning items, selected nutrition samples, replacement parts, and apparel.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping applies only when the offer and qualification appear at checkout. The checkout summary controls the final shipping charge.

How long will an order take?

Normal order processing is approximately 1–2 business days. Estimated shipping or delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days, although carrier conditions can change the estimate.

Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?

Yes. We accept defective and non-defective returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery, including a change of mind or an incorrect selection. Non-defective items must be new, unused, in original condition, and retain their packaging, labels, and included accessories. Returns are made by mail using the free return label supplied in the package, and there is no restocking fee.

What if an item is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete?

Send the order number, checkout email, explanation, and photos or video of the item and packaging. Wait for authorization before mailing the product.

When is a refund processed?

An approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days, after which the financial institution may require additional posting time.

Which payment methods are supported?

Credit and debit card options displayed by the live checkout are supported. Only methods actually offered during checkout can be used for an order.
