Order coverage and timing

Orders accepted through this website are prepared for shipment to eligible United States addresses shown at checkout. Normal processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. After a parcel leaves our store, estimated delivery or transit is 3–5 business days. These estimates are not guarantees because carrier volume, weather, holidays, address review, and other events may affect timing.

Rates, addresses, and tracking

Any free-shipping offer is determined by the terms displayed during checkout. Customers must submit a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number. Tracking details are sent or updated when the carrier makes them available. An incorrect or incomplete address can cause delay, return, or additional carrier handling.

Delivery problems

For a delayed or lost parcel, contact us with the order number, checkout email, and tracking number so the carrier record can be reviewed. If tracking says delivered, first check the delivery area, household members, and carrier notice, then report the issue promptly. For damage, provide photographs or video of the item and packaging. Shipping restrictions shown at checkout apply, and some addresses or items may be unavailable for delivery.
